CIPI is not good enough for our team! He is frustrated and that's the reason for his actions! When he was not good enough for a Belgien team (AA GENT) than ofcourse he is not good enough for the Bundesliga!
The same situation took place in Wales! Ian Rush was the topscorer in The Premierleague when he us to play for FC Liverpool. But Wales was a very bad team. They were not competive enough with the rest of Europe. Only Ian Rush was a topper.
